Do you have any information about this shipment, because it is shipped 2020-4-15 and still not arrived.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP341549665CN shows the parcels was received by China Post on Apr.15, and handed over to airlines on Apr.22 in Shanghai, and no updates sine then.
I'd suggest you watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.
