CP341549665CN was handed to the airline 2020-4-22. Still nothing received. Any idea what we can do?

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to Netherlands is about 2 months. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame(max time can take 98 days).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund. otherwise keep waiting.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.

You wrote "Once parcel arrives USA" but the Netherlands is in Europe so arriving in the USA does not apply.

Wasn't that last line an obvious typo if the rest of his post clearly mentions Netherlands and the average time to Netherlands? Chill
