Hello...

I want to ask about our parcel (CP273882094CN). Can you find it for us and send it to Brunei please? Because last time your company (China Post) send our parcel to the wrong address. You send it to different country. The address clearly stated Brunei. Not Brazil. Your people send our item to Brazil. We've complained this matter already and our parcel has departed Brazil and has been send back to China. But until now our parcel has not arrive in Brunei yet. When we track our parcel, it shows that our parcel is still in China. So, can you please send our parcel to Brunei? We've been waiting for the items/parcel for some time now.

the parcel was sent back to China and returned to shipper. You should contact shipper to resend the parcel.
