Post Contact local post office?

First time using EUB/chinapost and my agent told me they cannot get further tracking after the parcel arrived in my country, and suggested that i should contact my post office. My tracking code LZ068534207CN, if i would have to contact my post office how do i even know what post office i have to message?

LZ068534207CN arrived Netherlands on May 14. It is now in Netherlands Post system. You can call NLPost for delivery detail.

Your package must be in customs (I have also one package in customs since 13 and that doesn't move) you have to wait few days untill they scanned it and that coming to you.
