Hey,

Bought an item from a website. They said Ems shipping would cost 45$ and that the item will arrive in 8-15 days. It has been 3 weeks since and the package doesn’t seem to move? Is the following CP404867928CN even EMS?

You are scammed. CP404867928CN is the cheapest China Post service, much slower than EMS.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP404867928CN was shipped by seller on April 2 and was sent to Guangzhou airport on April 22.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china to Europe, China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait (up to half year).

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to ebay/paypal/Aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
