When can I get my baggage?
When I asked about 3 weeks ago, you said I could get it within 10 days, but I still haven't!!
Did I lost my baggage?

LA981507568CN was sent to Hong Kong airport on April 19 but never show up since then. It has more than 50% chance to be lost.

you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress to get refund from seller. Seller can claim compensation from china post if he/she applied insurance.
