Hi for a very long time ı am waiting for these two shipments,
Can you inform me about their conditions?
These are order IDs:

CP411799724CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped from China to Turkey in March. They are still in China.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled almost all airlines from china to Turkey. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to Aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
