I sent a parcel gift to someone in Huizhou via Air mail, using a printed Chinese office address with her name/cell number. She no longer works there but said that security would receive the package. (I think)

The parcel has been stuck at Guangzhou Import Customs Scan for 2 weeks now.

Could someone please advise? It is difficult since I can barely communicate with the recipient. I understand that she can phone China Post, but the gift is not worth enough to collect in Guangzhou.

There is movement since then, just be patient. If it has the right address written in Chinese, it should have no problem.
