Ok thanks moderator truly good worker! Thanks for all info. Really appreciate it. But can you tell me are they left for UK? OR.are they still in airport? Sometimes royal.mail site little misleading?

Is the long delay times like in May , are they gone?

Frankly speaking , you can not know where they are now. We only know either in some airline warehouse which is not controlled by neither China post nor Royal Mail. Such unknown status will last 2 to 6 weeks until Royal Mail gets the parcel container from the final route airline.

Now arrival time is improved a lot compared with May. So no need worry too much. Our latest stat shows average arrival time to UK takes only 4 weeks. 5 months ago, arrival time was 90 days.

Can you give me a update on my parcels now.please.? Have they left china? Also the delays not as bad as may etc right?

As I told you before, the parcels were shipped on Oct 9, they will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach UK. You can not see update until they arrives UK. Please wait some more time.
