Tracking number CA006417109US
This package shows in China custom clearance since May 7th which is over 2 weeks.
When will it be cleared for delivery?

CA006417109US arrived destination on May 7 but the recipient has never made customs clearance.

If shipper has printed recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel, recipient should have received a customs clearance code by text message. He can use that code to make online customs clearance.

If recipient has not got the text message, he can call 0771-4977151 or 11183 for help. Without the code, Recipient might need to go to China Post office to make customs clearance and pickup the item in person.

Does the recipient have to pay any fees? How much is the fee?

It depends on the local China customs officer assessment. If assessment is very cheap, then no duty. otherwise recipient need to pay duty.
