RB980454237SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive singapore first, then transit to destination country through singapore Post system.

You can not see shipping record until parcel arrives singapore. This might take one or two more weeks.

Once it enters singapore Post system, you can track your parcel in singapore Post website.
