Hi there,

I have bought some healthy care products for my parents in China on a German website.
the parcel no.: CB985226293DE

It is now stuck in the Shenzhen Customs. The reason given is that the value of the parcel is over 1000RMB, suspected to be business use.

questions:
1) How to complete the customs process, by giving substantial evidence to prove the products are for personal use only?
2) and how can i obtain the customs number of my parcel?

you need ask your parent call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post Shenzhen central office(深圳中心邮局). They need pay duty when picking up the parcel.
