I have an order under the ID: 1ST18554372804. I'm unable to track my order with this ID, can a new ID be attached to my order

1ST18554372804 is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called 1ST56. 1ST56 website shows it was just arrived in Chicago. It is on the way to destination.
