I made an order on 20 March 2020, buyer protection time was 19 May 2020, my shipment page says "Your order should arrive within 30-50 Days", today is 58th day, I contact the seller and he said "I have tracked your item It is on shipping now as the shipping time is 15-60 days can you please wait for more days ? seller also extended my BP date till 18 JUNE 2020.
I open a dispute today but I see a message:

"Our records show that your order was recently shipped and is currently in transit. For this shipping method, no tracking information will be provided in your destination country. According to our past experience, the majority of the packages will be delivered within the time frame promised by the seller. If your package does not arrive after , please open dispute and we will handle this immediately. We appreciate your patience."

Does that mean that I cannot open a dispute or I have to wait until 60 days?
tracking numbers:

UD118487158MY is Malaysia Post parcel which was shipped on April 3 from Malaysia to Pakistan.

Covid19 has cancelled many airlines so parcel has some delay and this is normal. As your seller has extended BP to Jun 18. I think you can wait some more time. If you can not get it by Jun 10, then open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
