I ordered 3 items on Sept 18, 2018. I have been tracking the order but dont know where the order is in the shipping process. I am extremely upset that I have not received my purchase but you have received my payment. At this point, I no longer want the items and would like my money returned. I hope it will not take forever or never to receive my refund.  I would expect to hear from your company with some type of response to this matter within 7 days. The order number is "bd1267". My shipment number is LY811786085CN.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you need open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
