Help

My clients have started requesting refunds. Where are these parcels?

LZ642237287CN - to Ireland - stuck at air transport since 08 May 2020

LZ064226735CN - to Australia - stuck at the air transport since 25 May 2020

LZ055767185CN - to Israel - stuck at the air transport since 26 May 2020

LZ056366095CN - to Australia - stuck at the air transport since 27 May 2020

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ642237287CN has no record. It is a fake number. You might be scammed.

All other 3 parcels are still in China Airports waiting for flight to destination. Since Coronavirus outbreak in Feb 2020, china post shipping speed becomes very slow. If you are a drop shipping online seller, you should disclose to your buyers that shipping time might be very slow and to some destinations, shipping time can take up to 90 days.
If you don't tell the truth to buyer, otherwise you will lose money if seller open dispute against you.

Another good news is that situation is becoming better. The most of the 90+ days delay parcels are shipped in Feb and March. Our stat also shows many parcels shipped to USA in May arrives in about 2 to 6 weeks.
