Hi,

My order LO865365846CN has been sent on march 4. Of course I understand the global situation, but do you have any information about the remaining time I'll have to wait for the parcel to reach Canada?

LO865365846CN is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to Canada.

Covid19 virus crisis has cancelled most airline from china to Canada. many parcels shipped in February are still in China. you need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. After you get your parcel, then pay back to seller.
