Please can you track my order - LO480696053CN
I placed my order 5 weeks ago on Tuesday and it’s been saying Dispatch from sorting centre since 26th September?
Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel left China on Nov 27. Now is rush season, parcel might take 30 to 40 days to reach UK, you need some patient.

Once parcel passes UK customs, Royal Mail website will show arrival info with local location status. Please keep your eyes open on Royal Mail tracking page.
