So I've bought something from Aliexpress and the seller have shipped out the parcel, and when i track it and check the info i get "returned note:48" between the shipping info and it is still in transit.. I've contacted the seller and he told i should open a dispute but i must have a better reason so i can get a refund ?

What should i do ? do i open a dispute now or wait till the end of the delivery then open a dispute ?

i've opend a dispute and i chose "Dispute Reason: Package was returned to seller by shipping company" then the seller proposed this:
" hello， dear friend, sorry for our words make you misunderstand, please cancel the dispute, then open again, choose return and refund, then we wil refuse return, then give you refund, we just need a better reason, or it will damage our store reputation, thanks for your help"
should i do what he says ?
