This is my tracking number RV256746023CN but it does not move anymore, I opened dispute and it tells me aliexpress that I probably entered and left my country, China post register is 100% compatible with Mexico, I always follow my shipments and this stopped, tomorrow it closes the dispute, what do I do, as I show that the package is not with me, I have not signed, nobody has done it, thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV256746023CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 23.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Parcel from China to Mexico normally will take about 4 to 8 weeks. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
