Hi there, hope you’re well. I just wanted to ask about buyer protection on a product. I ordered a pull up bar from a gym website called anywherefit.co. The product has not come and it’s been 2 months now. How do I check when my buyer protection expires?

Buyer protection is provided by your payment company (paypal, aliexpress etc). If you paid with paypal, I believe they provide about 180 days buyer protection. You should contact paypal for accurate answer.

I payed via debit card (VISA) so shall I just contact them????

You need call your debit card company and see if they can help you. We always suggest people use paypal to buy goods online. many cheaters don't like paypal because they can not use paypal to make scam.
