Greetings China post.
I have ordered an item from your website on 17 May 2020. It is 1 July 2020 today, and I have not received it yet.

Whenever I check the status of the table online, it shows that the package is still in transit.
My tracking number/ ID is AS400195197CN

I urgently need a reply or an update on the shipment. It has been a very long time since I have ordered it and I can't wait any longer. Please understand the situation I am a student, and I need that table to work.

Thank you very much for replying.
The link that you have provided showed that after 2020-06-16 07:05:00, there are no updates for the shipment. It would be great if I could receive updates for the product, on a tentative date before which the item would be delivered. Also, It was showing on this website http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS400195197CN that after china post, the package will be shipped by USPS. So I called USPS and asked regarding this package, but they said that it's not in their system.
I am confused you are saying, and the websites are showing a status that the product is in the US but where.
It would be great if you could provide some detailed answers at this point.

The tracking website is still showing the same data that was 16 June 2020,
Could you please provide me with some proper update
Or is my money and time went in vain

Unfortunately tracking no. start with "A" can not be tracked thru usps website. http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS400195197CN shows the package has been in transit in the US since June 16 and no update since then, the package should already been lost. I'd suggest you contact with the seller or the website from which you bought the item for a refund

I tried contacting the seller but mailed me back the link of the tracking website. It is the same link that they have sent me earlier as well.
The package is still in LA somewhere. Could you please provide me with the tracking number of USPS courier services.

Hi, cphelper has answered you that there is no way to track your parcel once in US. It`s been over a month from the last scan from LA so I would also as cphelper consider your package lost and ask the seller for refund.
