Post Attempted Delivery

LW833399344CN says there was an attempted delivery, but it is not tracking in the United States. USPS has not tracked this package since November 15th, 2019, but China Post is saying someone attempted to deliver. I was told to contact China Post to see where my package is and who I need to contact in order to retrieve it.

LW833399344CN was rejected by Shanghai customs and then returned to shipper's original post office on Dec 3.

If this is a purchase from PayPal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.
