UI197788816CN was shipped on April 6. It seems to be lost. you need open dispute to seller for refund.

this kind of parcel starting with U is China Post ordinary parcel which is a very cheap service. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left original post office. So you can not know where it is now. If you can not get the parcel in 3 months, normally we can consider it is lost.

Does it come directly from china to pakistan or it has to travel indirectly from other countries to pakistan c
Can u explain its route so i can make a better idea in my mind

from china Pakistan has many different route. Sometimes it goes through land border by train and truck, sometimes by air through Hong Kong or Singapore, sometimes it directly from Beijing to Pakistan. Unfortunately you can not know the exact route for a specific china post ordinary parcel(U parcel) because china post does not record the tracking information for such parcel.

In other words, you can not do anything for such U parcel except waiting. if you can not get the goods in 2 months, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
