I haven't received my package. It has been almost two months since it was shipped. Can you assist with tracking my package? The tracking number is AS987631135CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS987631135CN shows it arrived USA more than one month, if you have not got it, normally it means the parcel is lost.

you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

The China Post website has updated the delivery status of the parcel, it is currently in Los Angeles and in transit, suggest you wait patiently.
