Hello, I had sent my parcel from Shanghai to Melbourne, Australia on 17/3, and I'm yet to receive it. When will it arrival and where is it now?

It is difficult to give you accurate prediction.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Australia. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait. In worst case, half year.

Mine parcel shouldn't be affected by the airlines service since it's through sea service? There is no ship to come to Australia?

If shipping by ship, it will take 3 to 6 months which is the worst case.

so at this stage, my parcel still hasn't been scheduled to leave China? I sent it on 17/3, I should be expecting it to arrive between 17/6-17/9, am I right?
