http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO453539985CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Beijing office to Beligum on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Beligum Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Beligum). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Beligum Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Beligum Post website will show its new status with Beligum location.
