I contact alibaba seller and ask him to deliver chair. He tells that parcel doesn't fit to EMS China (though it fits 70*38*66cm, 21KGS http://www.ems.post/en/global-network/ems-operators/ems-china) and advices me high cost deliveries from FedEx for $600.
EMS China doesn't speak English and just hang up when I call to +86 10 11183 (and #8 for English)
Need the cheapest delivery to Russia

i don't think you can buy a heavy item from China. DHL is the cheapest way to send the chair at this moment.
