http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO803598369CN was just shipped from Shanghai to Australia on Feb 22.

Now china is suffering coronavirus. many airlines are cancelled. there is not enough shipping space to Australia. You need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get it in Australia.
