AMTS000306051FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS. MTS website shows it was just Delivered in Wilmington,60481 on Oct 13.

If you didn't get the parcel, normally means the shipper printed wrong address. You need ask seller to give you copy of the shipping label and find out what is the real address he/she shipped.
