AMTS000228473FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called AMT. AMT website shows AMTS000228473FS was delivered in Pueblo,81004 on Sep 1.

If you haven't got it, it means you are victim of an online shopping scam. The seller shipped some junk to a random address in Pueblo,81004 . He then can use the "delivery" result to claim payment from your bank.
