Parcel was posted i China (shipped via EMS) on 22.February and China Post tracking says it has been "Successfully Delivered" on 21.March, but I have not got it! Where is it? Is it still in China? The tracking har no record of customs, as far as I can see.
Is AM247057825CN a fake tracking number??

you must be scammed. Many other users have reported similar fraud.

The seller shipped some junk to another address. He just needs a "delivery" result to claim payment from your bank.

Please call your credit card bank to claim refund.
