I was given a tracking number of LW565247055CN. Is this a real tracking number at all? If it is, did the package get returned to sender?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LW565247055CN was shipped from China on Mar 7 . it is real.

The parcel was delayed Shanghai warehouse for 1 month and was sent to airport on April 15. it is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to USA.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea. You need some extra patient for this item.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. You can pay back to seller after receiving parcel in future.
