Post AliExpress Order Issues

I made an order on the 10.10.2020., so 2 months ago. Seller provided this tracking number (RV504270545CN) but the package was returned twice by, what I presume, the customs.
After that seller provided another tracking number (RV516426894CN) and the site now says "KE - Waiting for airline space" for 2 weeks now. Usually how long does a package wait for airline space?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV504270545CN shows the parcel was rejected by china customs and returned to shipper on Nov 12. You can't get this item in future.

please open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
