Hi, I placed an order December 12, 2019. My order # HO4387. It states my order is on its way that was on the same day I placed the order. I have entered the tracking number but nothing happens. Tracking# LW300410905CN. Thank you, Donna Izzo

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW300410905CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Xiamen office to US on Dec 14.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Xiamen ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
