My package hasn’t moved since May 28th. It came from China and cleared customs in the US on may 11th. It had said Destination transfer (US) 4 different times. Including the last update on May 28th. It’s been 52 days so far. Tracking number is ZC45111803599
I use the 17 tracking app and the China parcel app. I need help.

ZC45111803599 arrived in USA over one month ago, but it was never delivered. Normally this means the shipper printed wrong address. You need to open dispute to your marketplace and claim refund.
