Post 4 Months Delay Order

Hello, I bought some things on April and the page used your services to send my package.

(Tracking number: 037001908101).

Since May 30 it appears as Departure at origin Country and when I try to tracking it appears as expired because you didn’t update the information. I want to know what happened with my package and when it will be delivery to my address, I live in Colombia and I waited those months because delays relationed with Covid 19 but I want to be sure that my package isn’t lost.
