Hello, can you clarify a query for me.
I have 2 different orders from 2 different sellers. Both have been dispatched but they share the same tracking number. Is that possible.

that is impossible. At least one seller is a cheater. And very possible both seller are all cheaters.

BTW, you'd better write tracking number in your question.

Thank you for you quick response.
The tracking number is LX018925315CN.
Both sellers have 99% to 100% rating and are classed as top merchants.
I kept in touch with both sellers during the coronavirus crisis and exchanged pleasant messages.
What do you think I should do?

LX018925315CN is a real tracking number which was shipped to UK on Feb 28 . I am not sure which marketplace you made the order. In many risking website such as ioffer.com, the review can be easily cooked and therefore make no sense and same cheater often registers many accounts in those website to increase their cheating chance. Normally we only trust review from famous online marketplace like eBay,Amazon, aliexpress etc.

Anyway, as you placed two orders but only get same tracking number, it is very very very suspicious . You should be careful.
