Hi

LO321039977CN. this is my tracking number for my package. I have no information since 20th october. can someone tell me where it is and why is taking so long? thank you very much

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO321039977CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Spain on Oct 22. It is a little bit delayed by Hong Kong airport protest chaos.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Spain Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Spain ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 20 to 40 days until Spain Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Spain Post website will show its new status with Spain location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
