I have this note under my tracking number.

I live in Finland and company from USA has been made order to China for me. I was kind of fooled, i thought items are in LA, store or ware house. They dont answer me and looks like my parcel is stuck in USA, what is destination country even it has to be delivered to Finland. It has been traveled 3 months now :) from china to finland. Is Corona stopped it to USA and why it is there at all? Do anyone has inside information? Taxation problem in US? Finnish Posti doesent help they just ask me to take contact to USA.

UW391834447CN destination is USA not Finland. Your seller is a cheater. He used other people's tracking number to cheat your money.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress or call your bank for refund.
