Добрый вечер. Не приходит товар. Был отправлен давно и застрял на одном месте. Подскажите как быть?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA968579741CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller on Dec 4. It was delayed for about 25 days. Good news the parcel has lfet China for Belarus From China Post Shanghai Dec 29.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Belarus Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai,China or customs warehouse in Belarus ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 10 to 20 days until Belarus Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Belarus Post website will show its new status with Belarus location.
