Buenos Días:

Desde el pasado día 16/04/2020 mi pedido con localizador LZ007199952CN esta en Salida exportación aduana me pueden decir cuando saldrá dicho pedido para España?, en caso de salir en tren me pueden decir cuando saldrá y el tiempo estimado en llegar a España

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ007199952CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to Spain on April 18. It is still in Zhengzhou since then.

to stop covid19 virus spreading, china have cancel more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. So you might have long time to wait. Once parcel arrives Spain, Correos Spain website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
