Por favor, ¿podría darme algún detalle sobre el paradero? ¿Cuándo se puede esperar que llegue a España?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ007199952CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to Spain on Apr 18. It is still in Zhengzhou

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Spain. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Zhengzhou. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

LZ007199952CN is still waiting for flight space from Zhengzhou to Europe. If still no airline available after 2 weeks, then it will be shipped by train. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.
