Hello! I see on “shop” that my package is in Quanzhou delivered by “Chinapost” and the status marked as delivered. Can you please check my order status? Order #1140

ZA05845336701 was delivered in Carmersstraat 79 79 on May 2nd. Are you in Carmersstraat 79 79 area/

And by which delivery company it was delivered? Because I was at home on this day and nobody called or dropped a notification of delivered package into my postbox. Thank you in advance!

it was delivered by China Post local agent(normally the agent is Belgium Post). However, the agent does not provide local tracking number. So it is difficult to find out what exactly happened with the parcel. Maybe it is picked up by your neighbour or family member or in worst case stolen by some other guy.

I cannot check if this parcel is even exist at local post service without local barcode. What would you suggest me to do in my situation? Can I contact Chinapost somehow?
