I’ve been tracking my item on track-chinapost.com and it arrived in Australia over a month ago. Australia Post is unable to track it in their system. Do you have an Australia Post tracking number for UC185369701YP that they can use to find my item?

UC185369701YP has nothing to do with china post. It is Yanwen parcel. Yanwen website shows the parcel UC185369701YP was shipped on May 25. Normally such parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach Australia. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund, otherwise keep waiting.
