Hi, I am waiting on 2 parcels to arrive from china. Their tracking numbers are LO728021818CN and LH717195543CN. Both have a status of 'international depature, enroute to Australia' back on thev1st of february but no updates since then? Are they now lost?

LO728021818CN and LH717195543CN both are ok.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO728021818CN was sent from Wuhan (the coronavirus outbreak city) on Jan 16 and LH717195543CN was shipped from Nanning on Jan 19.

China are have hard time on dealing with coronavirus. All parcels are seriously delayed because China post has no resource to process them. I believe your parcel will keep waiting another 2 to 4 weeks in China. You need some patient.
