Hi Chinapost,

I have a lot of parcels that have been sitting in Guangzhou for over 2 weeks now, one example being LE120630768CN. I know Corona virus has cut a lot flights to NZ but I have a lot of angry customers wanting an update on their order. What is the expected delivery time to get to NZ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LE120630768CN shows the parcel was sent to Guangzhou airport on May 18. It is still there waiting for flight to NZ.

Since April, parcels to Australia and NZ are suffering bad delay. average waiting time can be 11 weeks you need some patience.
