both parcels are still in Shanghai waiting flight to NZ.

coronavirus cancelled many of airlines to NZ , average waiting time is about 2 months, you need some more time to see update.

Thank you. No problem, I understand the delays I just wanted to know if they had been returned to sender as per the update on your home page.
