trying to find my parcel. Track number LL217558995CN.

This is the response from Auspost:

Our internal records show that this article prepared for dispatch to Australia on 28 April, however at this point in time we have no record of the article with tracking number LL217558995CN arriving into the Australia Post network. The scan showing for you in terms of arrival into Melbourne is the scheduled flight arriving, this is not a physical scan of your parcel sadly.

To start an investigation into this delay, we require the sender to log an investigation via their local postal authority who will liaise with Australia Post to find out what has caused this delay. I can understand this may be inconvenient, however the sender needs to launch this investigation as they have access to all the relevant paperwork, lodgement documents and information needed to ensure the most thorough search takes place.

Can someone on your end check to see what has happened with my parcel? Please do not tell me to go to Auspost as I already have.

So the receiver can't ask for an investigation to happen?

If this is the case, what is the point of this forum? If your only providing the info that's in the tracking info then this whole forum is pointless.
