Hi,

I was wondering if my package has left China. There hasn’t been any changes for over 2 weeks. My tracking number is LO972793729CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO972793729CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Australia on Apr 4. It is still waiting for airline space in Guangzhou.

In past 60 days, china cancelled more than 90% airlines to Australia. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport.

Right now you need some patient. We will keep user get latest information updated. The parcel won't leave China until the covid19 virus crisis ends.
